Job summary

SFJAZZ is seeking an experienced Artistic Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation and logistics for artists performing at various venues. This role involves driving artists, coordinating travel details, and maintaining communication with artists and management.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in logistics or hospitality along with strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires on-site work for a minimum of four days a week with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or logistics.
• Experience operating large vehicles or 15 passenger vans.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive and transport artists to various locations.
• Coordinate hotel accommodations and travel logistics.
