Role Overview: Reporting to the Programming Manager and working in partnership with Company Managers and Line Producers, this position has a strong focus on hospitality and artist services in support of the Lincoln Center Presents season. The Artist Services Assistant’s primary responsibility is to support the well‑being of artists, upholding Lincoln Center’s artist services standards while building a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive backstage culture.
Artist Services Assistants are hired as on call Lincoln Center employees and are assigned to individual projects. Work is generally flexible and project-based, and can range from one‑day engagements to extended support with hours distributed across the advance period leading up to a performance.
