HHM Hotels is seeking a Pastry Cook to prepare pastries and baked goods according to recipes and standards. Take pride in the excellence and quality of cuisine, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Set up your station with mis en place, tools and supplies, and collaborate with staff to bake for the A la Carte Restaurant, Brunch and Banquets. Follow safe food handling procedures and secure and store items properly.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience required.
• Sanitation certificate may be required.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow recipes to prepare pastries and baked goods.
• Set up workstation with mis en place, tools and supplies.
• Bake breads, rolls, and other baked goods.
• Work with staff for A la Carte Restaurant, Brunch and Banquets.
