Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare the studio for production days by cleaning, organizing, and staging materials.
• Set out containers and supplies for candle and skincare production.
• Inspect glassware for flaws or inconsistencies.
• Wick candle vessels accurately and consistently.
• Assist with ingredient and component preparation as directed.
• Label finished products with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Package and case-pack products for retail and wholesale orders.
• Assist with final quality checks prior to shipment; support internal product sampling and testing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Assist with restocking and organizing inventory.
• Support light design or creative tasks as needed.
• Help prepare products for markets, wholesale orders, or special projects.
