Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs as a client.
• Make product recommendations to customers.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by juggling product production as clients enter and leave, and engage new clients upon arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced environment while following company policies.
