Twosome Place USA is seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our opening team in the United States. This role focuses on precision and presentation, ensuring every cake reflects our premium dessert standard and Korea-inspired brand aesthetics.

You will work on signature whole cakes, seasonal collections, and special orders, contributing to guest experiences and the brand’s US expansion.

Competenze

• 2+ years of professional cake decorating or bakery experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining premium quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Mansioni

• Decorate cakes with buttercream, whipped cream, ganache, chocolate, fresh fruit, and other premium finishes.
• Execute elegant, modern cake designs aligned with the brand aesthetic.
• Assemble and finish signature cakes, pastries, and seasonal desserts.
• Ensure products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation per health regulations.
• Store, rotate, and manage ingredients to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with café leadership on new menu launches and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily and special-order deadlines.
• Support inventory management and communicate product needs proactively.
