Job summary

Cosentino’s Price Chopper is seeking a PT Cake Decorator to assist customers with beautifully decorated bakery goods and ensure accurate order documentation. The role reports to the Bakery Manager and requires adherence to health and safety guidelines while delivering friendly service.

As a PT position, you will decorate items, merchandise displays, and handle product preparation and labeling. Prior experience in decorating or a similar bakery environment is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on Cosentino’s Learning Plan.
• Know and implement Cosentino’s Customer Service Standards.
• Decorate various bakery items in a neat, creative and visually appealing manner.
• Rotate fresh product into cases, coolers, and freezers to prevent stale product.
• Be able to efficiently operate, clean and maintain cake decorating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in shopping experiences by providing beautifully decorated baked goods.
• Document orders clearly to ensure follow-through on service requests.
• Decorate bakery items in a neat, creative, visually appealing manner.
• Merchandise cases to ensure fullness, freshness, and attractiveness.
• Prepare, package and label products for sale and ensure safety standards.
