• Supports bakery department operations including readiness, staffing, pricing, policies and procedures, inventory prep, financial goals and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Support bakery dept replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing and back stock.
• Maintain displays, signing and department zoning; ensure proper stocking and merchandising standards.
• Follow food safety production guidelines; ensure products are properly packaged, weighed, priced and labeled.
• Adhere to department cleaning standards; use approved equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Exercise problem solving with critical thinking to identify issues and resolve them.
• Build relationships with team members, treat others with respect, and uphold Harps' mission and values.
