Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and productivity.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning for events/holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary working/shopping environment; keeps equipment safe.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
