Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare bread, pastries and a variety of baked goods as directed.
• Follow standardized recipes to meet nutritional needs.
• Produce a wide variety of bakery products and pastries.
• Assist with pastry preparations including mixing and baking.
• Control portions and ensure proper presentation and garnishes.
• Communicate adjustments to bakery production records or sheets.
• Coordinate with supervisors on ordering products and maintain inventory.
• Maintain a clean storeroom, label and date items, and rotate stock.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures; operate dishwashing equipment when required.
• Support staff during staffing shortages and participate in improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned; no supervisory responsibilities.
