Job summary

Cub Willmar is seeking a dedicated full-time baker to prepare, bake and fry a variety of products, finishing with frosting, glaze or icing to meet item standards. This role blends craftsmanship with customer service on the shop floor.

The position requires standing for long periods, early shifts beginning around 5am, and teamwork to rotate and stock products. Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn are valued, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and walk long distances.
• On-going customer interaction with prompt, courteous service.
• Good judgment when supervision is not immediately available.
• Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and fry products as directed.
• Finish baked or fried items with icing, glaze or frosting.
• Assist in wrapping or bagging products for display and sale.
• Rotate and stock finished product to fill gaps on the line.
• Assist customers with questions or requests on the floor.
