Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake items, decorate specialty desserts, and keep a clean, well-stocked bakery case.

You’ll interact with customers, help with questions, take special orders, and support daily bakery operations in a fast-paced environment. Early mornings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused with ability to handle questions and requests
• Experience preparing breads, pastries, and desserts using recipes and techniques
• Follow recipes precisely to maintain quality and presentation
• Maintain clean, organized work area and sanitary practices
• Operate bakery equipment safely (mixers, ovens) and rotate stock
• Collaborate with bakery team to plan daily production and staffing needs

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts following recipes
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate cakes and desserts
• Keep workstation clean and organized; rotate and label ingredients
• Display products in well-stocked, appealing cases; monitor inventory
