Responsibilities

• Determine when items are fully proofed
• Ensure oven space for proofed items
• Monitor proper baking time and temperature for product
• Complete next day preparations; pull frozen product to be done early next morning
• Stock and wrap; assist customers with questions and requests; maintain clean and safe work areas
