TOUS les JOURS Albuquerque is seeking a Baker to join our Back of House team. You will produce fresh breads, pastries, and baked goods, preparing according to our recipes and quality standards. The role involves early mornings with an 4:00 AM start, and both full-time or part-time options, at our Albuquerque location.

You will work to ensure consistency, freshness, and presentation, collaborating with cake decorators and bakery leadership while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

Competenze

• Experience in baking or pastry production is preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures.

Mansioni

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods following TOUS les JOURS recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with cake and dessert decorating, frosting, finishing, and presentation.
• Package finished products carefully for presentation and sale, ensuring freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station per food-safety guidelines.
• Assist with bakery preparation tasks including mixing, portioning, shaping, and assembling.
• Operate bakery equipment safely (mixers, ovens, proofers, decorating tools).
