Job summary

Harmons in Roy, AR hires a Bakery Associate to maintain quality and product levels of fresh artisan bread. You will mix, shape, score, and bake breads, receive and store products, and provide exceptional customer service.

$15.00 - $19.65 PER HOUR

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all fresh baked artisan bread products in the Bakery. This person will be mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking artisan breads, receiving and storing product, and providing exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
• Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the Bakery provides
• Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the artisan bread counter

• Must possess solid communication skills, including verbal and listening skills in order to effectively and efficiently communicate with customers and fellow associates
