Job summary

Total Technology, Inc. (T2) seeks a Software Quality Tester to support testing, verification, validation, and QA for artillery fire control software. The role involves evaluating functionality, documenting defects, and performing regression testing against AFATDS/IFATDS systems.

The ideal candidate has artillery experience and can work with government personnel to ensure test readiness, traceability, and proper test documentation across hardware and software builds.

Qualifications

• U.S. Army or DoD artillery experience highly desired.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into executable test cases.
• Experience documenting software defects and communicating findings to developers and Government personnel.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression testing and quality assurance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Government installation, network, and system access.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute test procedures, test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and software quality testing of artillery fire control and C2 software.
• Support IFATDS and AFATDS testing functionality, interfaces, and workflows.
• Evaluate software performance against requirements and operational behavior.
• Create detailed defect reports with steps, evidence, and disposition.
