Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with 8-10 years of application development background, specifically within the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in advanced AI concepts like Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs, coupled with hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform and familiarity with AIA Studio. You will be instrumental in building intelligent solutions that directly support sales, marketing, and customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions tailored to enhance Go-To-Market strategies and operations.
• Leverage expertise in Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs to build intelligent and data-driven applications.
• Develop and integrate AI workflows on the ServiceNow platform, utilizing AIA Studio for low-code AI development where applicable.
• Translate complex business requirements from sales, marketing, and customer operations into robust and scalable AI-driven technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering, GTM stakeholders) to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and drive tangible value.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of deployed AI applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in the areas of conversational AI, knowledge representation, and automation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing AI models and integrations.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of professional experience in application development.
• Strong background and demonstrated experience within the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain, understanding sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes.
• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with AIA Studio for building low-code AI workflows.
• Expertise in Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs (KGs).
• Demonstrated ability to build intelligent solutions that directly support sales, marketing, and customer-facing operations.
• Experience with API integrations and working with various data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Project Duration: 12+ months.
• Work Location: Remote (PST hours preferred to align with client team).
