Position Overview

TMG is seeking an AI Builder who is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to solve real-world business challenges. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who already incorporates AI into their daily workflow and enjoys transforming manual, repetitive processes into practical solutions. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for automation, rapidly build prototypes, and create scalable AI-powered applications, agents, workflows, and integrations that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform business challenges into functional AI-powered prototypes and continuously improve solutions through feedback and iteration.
  • Build applications, scripts, agents, automations, and integrations that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities that generate measurable business value.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and tools to streamline user adoption.
  • Evaluate model outputs, identify limitations, and implement safeguards to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to educate teams on AI capabilities and best practices.
  • Research and test emerging AI tools, technologies, and models while focusing on practical business applications.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, reusable components, and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Portfolio showcasing at least two AI-powered projects, applications, automations, scripts, agents, or tools.
  • Hands‑on experience using Large Language Model (LLM) APIs beyond standard chatbot interfaces.
  • Working proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or TypeScript.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes into scalable solutions.
  • Experience validating outputs, identifying errors, and improving system performance through iteration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with both operational and leadership teams.
  • Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building multi‑step AI workflows using tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, model SDKs, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge or experience in domains such as finance, accounting, healthcare, operations, design, or data analytics.
  • Contributions to technical communities through writing, content creation, open‑source projects, or public resources.
  • Experience creating personal automation projects or AI solutions that demonstrate initiative and innovation.
  • Familiarity with modern AI deployment, integration, and workflow automation practices.
