Job summary

Komline is a growing manufacturer of engineered equipment serving water, wastewater, and industrial markets. We seek an AI-focused Associate to evaluate and implement automation across the RFQ and quoting process. This is a build-and-ship role with real operational impact.

Map and analyze the RFQ-to-quote workflow, identify repetitive tasks, and design AI tools to parse documents, extract specifications, and auto-populate cost models. You will assist in proposal drafting and evaluate build vs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in AI, CS or DS required.
Experience with LLMs, APIs, and document parsing is preferred.
Interest in applying AI to real-world industrial problems.

Responsibilities

Map and analyze our RFQ-to-quote workflow.
Identify repetitive and automatable tasks.
Design and prototype AI tools to parse RFQ documents.
Extract specifications from documents and auto-populate cost models.
Assist in proposal drafting and evaluations of build vs. buy AI solutions.
Develop ROI analysis and implementation roadmap.
