Job summary

Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma is seeking a part-time Project Registrar to lead the physical and digital inventory of over 4,000 objects. You will barcode, digitize, and rehousе items, ensuring shelf-to-screen accountability within a climate-controlled archival setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and proficiency in data entry. Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer data entry and inventory processes.
• 2+ years experience in archival or warehouse inventory acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Execution: audit artifacts, update locations and condition reports.
• Physical Rehousing: move artifacts into archival boxes and sleeves with proper shelving.
• Hardware Operation: operate scanners and thermal printer to maintain barcode system.
