Trans Ash, Inc. in Indiana is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator to join our long‑term project team. In this full‑time role, you will operate off‑road dump trucks and related heavy machinery, perform routine inspections, and follow strict safety procedures on site.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. A valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and at least 3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions; able to walk slopes and uneven terrain.

Responsabilités

• Operate off-road dump trucks, water trucks, or articulated dump trucks.
• Perform routine equipment inspections.
• Follow safe dumping procedures and all site safety standards.
• Support daily operations as directed by the superintendent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience

Certifications

• Heavy equipment certifications are a plus

Requirements

• Ability to climb into and operate heavy equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to walk slopes and uneven terrain
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a drug test, MVR check, and background check
• Comfortable working in a construction environment
