Job summary

Stryker Group in El Paso, TX is seeking an Arterial Account Manager to drive PAD/CLTI therapies with clinical expertise and strategic autonomy. You will collaborate with physicians and leaders to launch programs, accelerate adoption, and grow the vascular care portfolio.

Lead cross-functional teams, educate customers, and deliver compelling clinical and financial value while representing the company at events and during national calls.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or 6 years demonstrated sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI.
• Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders including physician champions and hospital leadership.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives.
• Create demand and expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow long-term franchise value.
• Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets and messaging.
• Deliver high-impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration.
• Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing as a clinical voice for innovation.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and training programs.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support onboarding and training needs.
