The Arterial Account Manager at Stryker Group operates with a high degree of autonomy to drive growth in Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) across Artix and LimFlow portfolios. The role partners with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, and leadership to develop and scale PAD programs within assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and expanding access with evidence-driven clinical education and program-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify new growth opportunities within PAD and CLTI populations.
• Build and influence multi-disciplinary stakeholder alignment including physicians and hospital leadership.
• Drive adoption through clinical excellence, education, and program-building initiatives.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; provide reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate new hire and account management assignments.
