Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a seasoned Artemis Program Life Cycle Review Manager (Project Engineer- Systems Engineering) to lead LCR activities for PP&C and coordinate with NPR 7120.5, KDPs, and LCRs across HLS, SLS, Orion, and EVA systems. You will work at Johnson Space Center in Houston or NASA Headquarters in DC, providing oversight and reporting to PP&C leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or STEM areas.
• At least 8 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of NASA program life cycle processes and management stages.
• Effective oral and written communication across technical and managerial levels.
• Ability to work in real-time environments with rapid change and conflicting requirements.
• At least 3 years’ experience with SharePoint Online and Teams environments.
• Experience across diverse teams and engineering disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Tool Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel domestically ~10%.
• Security clearance eligibility (U.S. citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Provide Life Cycle Review (LCR) expertise and management to the Artemis Program’s PP&C Office and interface with LCR managers.
• Lead Artemis PP&C LCR team to prepare LCRs and KDPs and provide insight into program LCRs across major systems.
• Guide maturity matrix products for LCRs or KDPs at each stage of the lifecycle.
• Review program and project maturity products within milestone tools for Artemis LCRs/KDPs.
• Assist Artemis Program management with executive documentation for DPMC and APMC.
• Ensure consistent interfaces and progress processes within Artemis PP&C and LCR teams.
• Interact with LCR Review Managers to report insights to PP&C leadership.
• Maintain SharePoint/Teams infrastructure and pages for the customer.
