The clinician will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, facilitate individual and group art therapy sessions, and document progress in accordance with professional standards. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Art Therapist with ATR/ATR-P/ATR-BC credential.
• Experience in clinical assessment and intervention using art-based methods.
• Knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology; trauma-informed practice.
• Willingness for clinical supervision, supervision of trainees where allowed.
• Master’s degree in art therapy, counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Virginia licensure or credentialing in art therapy or mental health counseling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Experience with diverse populations; culturally responsive care.
• Ability to document clearly and manage caseloads.

Responsibilities
