American Leadership Academy-Monroe is seeking an Art/Technology Teacher (K-8) for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and have a Bachelor’s degree. North Carolina Teaching Certificate is preferred.

The role involves daily classroom instruction, adherence to policies, and building positive relationships with parents and staff while preparing for the new academic year.

• Ensure a sustainable relationship with parents, school personnel, and members of the public.
• Submit grades and attendance according to the procedures of the school.
• Prepare classroom for instructions prior to the start of the school year.
