Framebridge, Inc. in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Custom Art Framing Specialist (Art Tech) to manage the framing process from order intake to mounting and final quality control. You will read customer preferences, input measurements, select frames and mats, and secure artwork with precision.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Working Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm, you’ll help meet production goals while upholding Framebridge’s standards of care for art and customer

Responsibilities

• Document customer framing preferences for each order.
• Input measurements accurately for frame and mount compatibility.
• Support mat orders and cross-train in framing and mounting.
• Escalate questions with the customer experience and leadership teams.
• Prepare and mount art pieces to customer specifications.
• Assemble artwork with attention to quality and precision.
• Review work orders and follow mounting procedures precisely.
• Use hand tools and computer systems for documentation.
