Job summary

Illinois Education Job Bank is seeking an Art teacher to serve students in North Ward Elementary (Grades 1-4) and East Prairie Middle School (Grade 5). You will develop and implement a collaborative art curriculum with peers and fulfill duties as assigned by the principal.

The candidate must be fully licensed in Illinois and Highly Qualified to teach at the K-6 level, with responsibilities including curriculum design and student assessment within a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois teaching license for K-6 and be Highly Qualified.
• Responsible for curriculum development with peers and other duties as assigned by the principal.

Responsibilities

• Teach art to Grades 1-4 at North Ward Elementary and Grade 5 at East Prairie Middle School.
• Collaborate with peers to develop and implement art curriculum.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
