Job summary

Blick Art Materials is seeking a Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team. You will deliver superior customer service, apply product knowledge to drive sales, and support merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations.

You will work with a friendly team, follow store policies, and participate in training programs. The role includes flexible hours, weekend shifts, and a pay range of $18.40–$18.50 per hour plus sales incentives, with benefits like 401K and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Working knowledge of a variety of traditional fine art mediums.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and other skills training to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assist in forecasting and executing merchandising, signing, pricing, and housekeeping tasks on the sales floor.
• Process POS transactions and participate in loss prevention procedures to protect company assets.
• Help coordinate merchandise set-ups and maintain visual standards as directed by store management.
