Drive creative excellence as an Art Supervisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative art direction for assigned clients. Through partnering with copy counterparts, you will develop unique concepts, designs and layouts, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and objectives. In addition, you will lead junior art team members to foster talent growth, and present creative work to internal teams and clients. With expertise in art direction, strategic thinking and creative execution, you will elevate our agency’s design standards, maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
