Job summary

Blick is seeking a part-time Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team and support customers with expert product knowledge and attentive service. You will assist with merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations, while ensuring loss prevention and compliance with company policies.

Availability for day/evening, weekends, and holidays is required. As a valued team member, you’ll engage customers at the Custom Services desk, coordinate orders, and help deliver completed projects

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong customer service focus with art product knowledge.
• Basic familiarity with traditional art mediums is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by combining sales knowledge and product training.
• Assist at the Custom Services desk, take orders, and deliver completed projects.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, signing and pricing per policies.
• Report low stock, inventory discrepancies, and customer requests to management.
