Blick Art Materials in Detroit, MI is seeking a Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team. You will provide outstanding customer service, leverage product knowledge, and support sales initiatives while maintaining store standards and visual presentation.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at the Custom Services desk, processing orders, scheduling appointments, and upholding loss prevention and signage, pricing, and POS operations in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the sales and Custom Services desks.
• Assist with product knowledge, merchandising, pricing, and POS operations.
• Support store standards, visual presentation, and loss prevention.
• Schedule appointments and process Custom Services orders for customers.
