Job summary

Advantage Label & Packaging in Grand Rapids, MI (Kentwood area) seeks a Production Graphic Designer to create art, prep files for production, and coordinate with customers for art approval. Reports to the Quality Manager.

This full-time role requires a Graphic Design degree and 3+ years' experience with graphic software; in-office training provided and opportunities to grow within a growing label and packaging firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and/or 3+ years' experience with computer graphic programs.
• In-office training provided on Advantage Label purchasing software and procedures.
• Experience creating art for production and coordinating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create customer requested art and manage multiple art files.
• Communicate with customers and team during creation, revision and approval.
• Ensure artwork quality and prepress requirements are met; coordinate with vendors.
• Work with staff as a team and manage time effectively.
