Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Art Producer to serve as the primary production partner for a live-service title. You will scope, schedule, track, and deliver environment art, animation, and VFX, while acting as the ShotGrid expert and backbone for the art team.

You will collaborate closely with Art Directors and leadership to drive milestones, manage dependencies, and keep multiple teams aligned in a fast-paced development cycle.

• Proven experience as an Art Producer for live-service or live-development titles.
• Experience supporting Environment Art / VFX / Animation teams and complex pipelines.
• Proficient in ShotGrid for scheduling, tracking and reporting.

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced Art Producer to serve as the primary production partner for the art organization, helping drive delivery across a live-service title. This individual will work closely with Art Directors and Art Leadership to scope, schedule, track, and deliver environment art, animation, VFX, and related content. The role will also serve as the team's ShotGrid expert and operational backbone.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Art Directors and Art Leadership on day-to-day production operations.
• Own scoping, scheduling, tracking, and reporting within ShotGrid.
• Build and manage review playlists and support art review processes.
• Drive milestone delivery and hold teams accountable to schedules and commitments.
• Coordinate across internal production teams, cosmetics teams, and other stakeholders.
• Track workstreams across environment art, animation, and character FX.
• Serve as the primary production point of contact for the Art QA team.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies that could impact content delivery.
• Help maintain operational consistency and organization across the art team.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience as an Art Producer supporting a live-service or live-development title is required. This includes experience supporting Environment Art / VFX / Animation teams and a demonstrated ability to manage complex art production pipelines and delivery schedules.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise with ShotGrid, including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and workflow management is necessary.

Professional Skills:

Candidates must be comfortable working directly alongside Art Directors and creative leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to keep multiple teams aligned are required.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented producer who thrives in fast-paced game development environments. This person is comfortable acting as the operational anchor for an art team and is a proactive communicator who can identify issues early to drive resolutions. A strong understanding of the pace, cadence, and production demands of a live game is essential.
