Level & Co., based in New York, seeks a Private Sales Specialist to build a 50-strong network of advisor, gallery and auction house contacts. You will source buyer requests and artworks, matching them to our catalog and negotiating through to close.

You will log all engagements in CRM, track market activity, and attend fairs and previews to expand your network. A strong art-market network and travel willingness are essential.

Competenze

• 3–6 years in sales, private sales, or a specialist role at a gallery/auction house.
• Existing network of advisors, dealers, and auction house contacts in Post-War and Contemporary art.
• Working knowledge of artist markets at $500K+ price points.
• Able to travel locally and internationally.

Mansioni

• Build and manage about 50 trade relationships with advisors, galleries and auction house specialists.
• Source buyer requests based on client needs and price ranges.
• Source artworks from contacts and priority artists to feed private sale and Masterworks platform.
• Match buyer requests to sourced works and negotiate to close.
• Vet intermediaries and perform basic due diligence on buyers.
• Log every engagement, request, and sourced work in CRM for pipeline visibility.
• Track pricing, recent sales, and catalysts in target artist markets.
• Attend fairs, exhibitions, previews and trade dinners to grow contacts.
