Job summary

UOVO is seeking an Account Manager for the East Coast to develop and maintain key client relationships in the art, fashion, and logistics space. You will manage complex projects, coordinate service requests and estimates, and expand service work within a network of high‑net‑worth clients.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach and superb communication are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in client services, project management, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in arts and culture sectors (museums, galleries, auctions, fashion) is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client requests and inquiries.
• Manage complex client projects with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Create and coordinate service requests and estimates.
• Foster client development and expand service work within networks.
• Maintain customer records, inventory reports, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure consistent service across locations.
