Job summary

Brightrock Games Limited is seeking an Art Lead to own the visual identity of Kaiju Cleanup and future titles. You will define art direction, mentor the art team, and collaborate with design, production, and marketing to deliver a cohesive look across concepts, characters, environments, VFX, UI, and tooling.

You should have shipped titles, built a visual language from scratch, and be comfortable working in a small indie studio with a fully remote setup based in the UK & Europe.

Qualifications

• Led art on a shipped PC/console title and built a visual language.
• Mentored artists across disciplines and levels in a small team.
• Strong eye for composition, colour and lighting; realistic indie budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the art vision across concepts, characters, envs, VFX and UI.
• Lead, mentor and hire the art team; shape pipelines and tools.
• Collaborate with design, production, marketing and tech to align visuals.
