Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance in the United States seeks an Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team. You will prepare certificates of insurance, support billing, and maintain policy documents in Applied Epic while handling renewals, endorsements, and surplus lines calculations.

You will update opportunities and dashboards in Salesforce, coordinate meeting notes, and provide general operational support for the Fine Art Practice. A license is preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of client management or administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with the Applied Epic data system preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance, file documents, and update templates.
• Provide billing and accounting support; generate invoices and assist with aged receivables.
• Maintain records in Applied Epic; process renewals, endorsements, and affidavits.
• Maintain team resources, schedules, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Attend team meetings and maintain calendars and contact records.
• Provide IT coordination and general operational support.
