Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant art discipline experience.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Guide artists in teaching artistic techniques, materials and creative skills.
• Develop and implement art curricula to educate and enrich individuals served.
• Teach artistic, vocational, and life skills through creative programming.
• Encourage growth, self-expression, and skill development in a supportive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support and promote community integration.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic services.
• Coordinate with families and caregivers to support goals.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers in the studio.
