Idol Wolf, located within the 21c Museum Hotel in Philadelphia, is seeking a Restaurant Server for a part-time role. You will provide guest-focused service in a dynamic, art-infused setting and collaborate with a hospitality team to ensure a memorable dining experience.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a willingness to obtain a food handler’s certification if needed. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant server or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must possess a valid food handler’s certification or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Service: Accurately serve food and drinks, and maintain knowledge of menu offerings to assist guests with their selections.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Cash Handling: Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
