• 3–6 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or related field.
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies beyond simple scheduling.
• Strong photo/video content creation skills for social-first formats.
• Experience editing short-form video.
• Strong writing and copyediting skills adaptable to formats.
• Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with studio initiatives, artwork releases, campaigns, events, and goals.
• Build and manage social media content calendars across platforms.
• Develop campaign concepts and expand stories across posts, Reels, Stories, email, and other touchpoints.
• Stay current on platform changes, trends, and audience behavior while preserving brand voice.
• Identify opportunities to grow awareness, engagement, community, and conversions.
• Shoot photo/video content in-studio and for marketing.
• Edit short-form video content and create graphics/assets.
• Write captions reflecting the Collective’s voice and story.
• Monitor engagement and respond to the online community.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
