Job summary

Michaels in Carson City, NV is hiring for a store associate focused on framing and customer service. You’ll help customers create custom framing solutions, operate the cash register, restock shelves, and maintain a safe, inviting store environment.

Key tasks include processing framing orders, using framing equipment and glass cutters, following SOPs, and supporting omni-channel processes. Retail experience and strong service orientation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and stock levels including replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
