Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in Wisconsin, Port Washington, seeks an experienced Art Director to lead visual direction for Kiss and Impress nails. You will plan on-trend lifestyle and still-life concepts, direct shoots with models and hands, guide retouching, and ensure assets align with brand guidelines for digital and print.

Collaboration with Brand and multimedia teams is essential. Suitable candidates bring 7–10 years in art direction, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative

Competenze

• 7–10 years of professional experience in art direction with photography and visual direction.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience leading photoshoots on set, including concept development, moodboards and image selection.
• Portfolio showing lifestyle and still-life photography direction, such as model, product and close-up shots.
• Experience directing retouching and managing outsourced retouchers through final approval.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, typography and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across creative, marketing, product and multimedia teams.
• High attention to detail in color accuracy, product visibility and image quality.
