Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead visual direction for Kiss and Impress nail brands.

You will craft on-trend lifestyle and still-life photography concepts for press-on nails, guide shoots, and retouching direction, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print. The role requires overseeing on-set production, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and delivering high-quality assets on schedule.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of art direction experience in beauty/cosmetics/fashion or consumer brands.
• Experience leading photoshoots including moodboards, shot lists, and image selection.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC and Figma; strong visual storytelling and typography.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual art direction for Kiss and Impress brands; align with marketing goals.
• Direct on-set photoshoots with photographer, styling, props, and lighting.
• Provide retouching direction and manage revisions through final approval.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, and multimedia teams to deliver assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and research trends for fresh visuals.
