Bubba’s LA is seeking an Art Director to lead our creative efforts across motion design and animation projects. You’ll guide teams from concept through final delivery while staying hands-on with the craft.

This full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles offers a collaborative studio environment, mentoring opportunities for artists, and the chance to pitch innovative ideas to clients and push creative boundaries for top brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading creative projects in motion design/animation.
• Proficient in Cinema 4D, Redshift, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong client communication and idea-pitching skills.
• Proven ability to manage artists across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from concept to delivery across multiple campaigns.
• Develop strong visual concepts solo and with the team.
• Provide constructive client and team feedback to realize vision.
• Stay hands-on with craft within project pipelines.
• Mentor artists to elevate work and push boundaries.
• Pitch innovative ideas to clients and refine concepts.
• Juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines.
