Job summary

Cymbiotika is seeking a Junior Art Director, Omni-Channel & Retail Support, to lead the creative pipeline for retail, partnership, and packaging. You’ll direct concept and production-ready files, mentor four designers, and represent creative in cross-functional rooms including R&D, retail partners, and operations.

You will shape visual direction across retail campaigns, launches, and packaging across digital shelf and physical packaging, while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5–7+ years in design with packaging, retail, print and digital experience.
• Experience leading a design team and mentoring peers.
• Experience owning packaging from concept to die-line/print-ready files, including labeling.

Responsibilities

• Own concept development and visual direction for retail campaigns and partnerships.
• Guide PDP pages, product renders, and in-store visuals end-to-end.
• Lead packaging design for launches and lifecycle updates.
• Mentor a team of four designers and coordinate schedules with production vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency across retail and packaging touchpoints.
