Job summary

Cymbiotika is seeking a Junior Art Director, Omni-Channel & Retail Support, to lead the creative pipeline for retail, partnership, and packaging. You will guide a four-person team, from concept to production-ready files, and present in cross-functional rooms with R&D, retail partners, and operations.

You will shape visual direction for campaigns and packaging across digital shelf, PDPs, and partner sites, mentoring designers and ensuring brand consistency with regulatory labeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication, or related field is required.
• 5–7+ years of design experience with packaging, retail, print, and digital work.
• Experience owning packaging from concept to die‑line/print‑ready files and regulatory labeling coordination.
• Strong portfolio showing retail, packaging, and digital design across physical and online touchpoints.
• Proven ability to mentor a design team and lead projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own concept development and visual direction for retail campaigns and partnerships.
• Lead packaging design across new product launches and lifecycle updates.
• Direct art direction for retail displays, in-store signage, and POS/threshold ads.
• Oversee PDP pages, product renders, and in-store renders.
• Mentor a team of four designers and manage project timelines and quality.
