Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst Brand Creative (Art Director) for WoW Studios in Chicago. You will partner with writers to develop innovative solutions and translate briefs into compelling campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

You will lead shoots, oversee assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-brand creative that moves consumers through the funnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency or in-house experience crafting digital and integrated campaigns for national or global brands.
• A portfolio showcasing art direction across multiple channels (print, film, digital, social, and/or experiential) is required.

Responsabilités

• Bring the Big Ideas: partner with a copywriter to develop innovative, creative solutions to complex brand challenges.
• Apply a strategic understanding of business goals, brand foundations, and target audiences to inform creative decisions.
• Translate briefs into concepts and deliverables across the consumer journey.
• Art direct campaigns and experiences across print, digital, social, experiential, in-store, and film.
• Direct photo and video shoots with directors and production teams to elevate work.
• Oversee asset development with designers and editors to ensure the vision.
• Collaborate with strategy, project management, and design teams to deliver on time and uphold brand standards.
