We are seeking a highly skilled Designer / Art Director to support the creation of digital and print campaigns. This is a remote freelance role is perfect for a talented designer who can deliver exceptional work independently while staying responsive during core collaboration hours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and layout for campaigns from concept to final production
• Apply a modern, minimalistic design sensibility to elevate brand presentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine visual direction and ensure alignment with project goals
• Prepare and package final print-ready files with precision and attention to detail
• Manage feedback cycles efficiently while maintaining design integrity
• Maintain availability for virtual meetings during standard business hours (EST)

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, with a strong focus on print
• Proven ability to create work with a minimalistic, modern, high-end aesthetic
• Strong portfolio showcasing design samples with a minimalistic, modern, high-end aesthetic
• Experience designing for luxury brands, hospitality, travel, or high-end real estate prefered
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong understanding of print production best practices
• Ability to contribute strategic and creative input beyond execution
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, PowerPoint
