Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in art direction and campaigns.
• Strong portfolio of campaign and social work showing original thinking and craft.
• Excellent visual storytelling and ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals.
• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate within an established creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and make visual ideas across campaigns and social, from concept through launch, supporting priorities across the creative team.
• Own hands-on art direction and design for assigned projects, partnering with copywriters and other creatives to bring clear, distinctive stories to life.
• Prototype quickly through visual concepts, mockups, storyboards, rough edits, and other working examples to test and develop ideas.
• Create visual work across formats, including short-form video, social posts, digital experiences, and campaign assets, adapting to medium and audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, creators, and production partners, staying close to execution and using feedback to improve the work.
